Paul Taylor
FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Paul Taylor founded CAVASIS with the vision of building a consulting firm that bridges executive strategy with disciplined execution. With extensive experience leading enterprise technology initiatives across healthcare, government, and commercial environments, he has built a career helping organizations improve delivery, strengthen governance, and successfully navigate complex digital transformation efforts.
Throughout his career, Paul has served in senior Agile leadership, Scrum Master, Business Analysis, and project leadership roles supporting large-scale enterprise modernization initiatives. His experience includes leading cross-functional teams, improving Agile delivery performance, facilitating executive stakeholder collaboration, managing enterprise portfolios, and guiding organizations through technology and business transformation initiatives.
Paul brings deep expertise in Agile transformation, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), project and program management, healthcare technology modernization, organizational change, business process improvement, and executive consulting. His leadership philosophy is centered on integrity, transparency, accountability, and delivering measurable business outcomes that create lasting value for clients.
